Keebeck wealth management adopts Qdeck’s AI for enhanced customer relations

Keebeck Wealth Management, managing almost $2 billion for 40 families, has adopted an AI-based solution called Qdeck to improve customer relations and optimize portfolio structuring. This integration was particularly beneficial during the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating prompt responses to client queries and efficient market data analysis for improved investment decisions.

Bruce K. Lee, Keebeck’s CEO, mentioned the significance of AI technologies like ChatGPTs in enabling efficient client communication during high inquiry periods. AI-powered chatbots ramped up the capacity to handle customer queries without compromising service quality, leading to uninterrupted services and timely responses to clients.

The Seattle-based fintech startup Qdeck surpassed other potential providers due to its investment and client relationship management system.

With a blend of machine learning and natural language processing, it provides real-time financial news and in-depth internal data analysis for better decision-making. Qdeck’s system also simplifies complex financial data, aiding advisors in generating accurate investment strategies.

Jagdeesh Prakasam, Qdeck’s CEO, noted that their patented system could use “auditable primary sources.” It combines real-time financial news and internal data analysis to provide an ultimate fintech service. The system offers adaptability to the latest language interface models, ensuring it caters to different functionality needs.

Qdeck utilizes Chat GPT interfaces for communication but anticipates collaborations with other language models like Anthropic’s Claude 3, Google’s Gemini, and Microsoft’s Copilot. No solid plans are yet, but the possibilities are being explored.

Through 20 years of development, Qdeck offers an institutional investment platform with simulation, reporting, account management tools, and model portfolio overlays. Interestingly, Qdeck’s custom-branded application “Ask Keebs” was admired by Bruce Lee, who sees AI as a ‘digital army’ that augments, not replaces, advisors at Keebeck. Their system’s unique feature of displaying responses in different colored fonts also aids clients in discerning the information source.
